The Buccleuch Arms Hotel is passionate about using locally sourced food throughout the year, with a menu peppered with Dumfries & Galloway products used in imaginative and delicious ways. For two weeks Head Chef Lara Smith is putting together a Flavour Fortnight Creations menu, featuring dishes which are specific to named local suppliers. It will showcase existing local suppliers already used by the Buccleuch, as well as testing out some new suppliers. The Flavour Fortnight Creations menu will include a choice of 2 starters, 4 mains and 2 desserts and there will be a good selection for vegetarians, people following gluten free diets and people with other specific dietary requirements.
